The story it's pretty simple: a beret gives unnatural abilities playing the kendama to the wearer. Despite me being Spanish speaking the short is dubbed in catalonian because I wanted to give it a "foreign film" vibe.
To this day, I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out and some of the editing jokes.
I wanted to give it a surreal vibe using 3D graphics, stock photos and camp dramatism, specially when the beret falls to the floor.
If someone told me it's the best I've ever done, I wouldn't get mad, they might be onto something.
A comedy short where I wrote the script, edited in Adobe Premiere by me. Sound effects were inspired by the "shitposting" style of those years, with much care on the use of sampled sound in order to make people laugh.
